  • Gap Control

    Gap control is the skill of watching and shooting through open spaces between bunkers to stop opponents from moving through those openings.

  • Gear Bag

    A gear bag is the storage and transport system players use to carry markers, masks, tanks, loaders, soft goods, and accessories to practices and events.

  • Gear Table

    A gear table is the staging area where players organize, maintain, and prepare their equipment between games, commonly found in pits, staging tents, or safe zones.

    A ground slide is a low, controlled movement technique where a player slides along the ground to enter a bunker quickly and safely while minimizing exposure.

  • Group Fire

    Group fire is the coordinated application of simultaneous or overlapping gunfire by multiple teammates to suppress opponents, deny movement, and create openings for strategic advances.

  • Gun Call (“On Me” Call)

    A gun call ('On Me') is a verbal communication that identifies an opponent actively shooting a lane or angle, alerting teammates to current threats and safe movement timing.

  • Gun Dominance

    Gun dominance refers to a player's ability to consistently control an opponent through superior shooting pressure, forcing them to stay tucked and limiting their movement and firing opportunities.

  • Gun Down Position

    The gun down position is a neutral posture where a player holds their marker lowered and safe while moving or resetting, prioritizing mobility and bunker transitions over immediate firing.

  • Gun Line

    A gun line is the coordinated alignment of multiple players’ shooting lanes that form a unified barrier of pressure, restricting opponent movement and controlling field space.

  • Gunfighting

    Gunfighting is the basic one-on-one engagement skill where players use posture, timing, and accuracy to win direct battles against opponents.

  • Mask Press

    A mask press is the act of pressing one’s mask tight against a bunker to reduce profile, gain extreme micro-angles, and peek safely around tight edges.

  • Shadow Movement

    Shadow movement is a technique where a player mirrors an opponent’s position from another angle, using their movements to predict and control where they can safely peek or move.

  • Sliding Contact

    Sliding contact is when a player intentionally slides into a bunker and makes controlled contact with the ground or bunker to stop safely and stay low.
